Short version: we keep only what you send us, use it only for what you sent it for, and never sell it.

What we collect

If you join the email list, we store your email address and the date you joined. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, message, and the date you sent it. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

Email list addresses are used only to send Innerstood updates. Contact details are used only to reply to you. We never sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a database run on Cloudflare, the service that hosts this site.

Removing your information

To be removed from the list or have your details deleted, send a request through the contact form and we will remove it.
